By accessing or using VuelaCasa ("Company," "we," "us," "our") at vuelacasa.com or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our service. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users.
VuelaCasa is a flight deal alert subscription service that monitors airfare prices from New York City (JFK, EWR, LGA) to destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean. Subscribers receive email alerts when prices drop significantly on monitored routes. We do not sell airline tickets, act as a travel agent, or guarantee any specific price or availability. All bookings are made directly between the subscriber and the airline or third-party booking platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to subscribe to VuelaCasa. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
To subscribe, you must provide a valid email address and payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. VuelaCasa is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.
VuelaCasa offers a monthly subscription at $4.99 USD per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month on the same date.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. You will receive a Stripe receipt for each charge to the email address on file.
Price Changes: VuelaCasa reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription will be suspended and access to deal alerts will be paused until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via our self-serve Customer Portal accessible from the footer of vuelacasa.com, or by contacting us at hola@vuelacasa.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive deal alerts until your subscription expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
VuelaCasa does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf unless you submit a written cancellation request via email or the Customer Portal. Verbal requests, social media messages, or requests made through third parties are not accepted as valid cancellation requests.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial payment, for any reason, by emailing hola@vuelacasa.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
After the 7-day window, all subscription renewals are final and non-refundable. Exceptions are made only for duplicate charges caused by a verified technical error, or charges made after a confirmed cancellation request. Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted to hola@vuelacasa.com within 7 days of the disputed charge with supporting documentation.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting VuelaCasa at hola@vuelacasa.com, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account, dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation, and report the account for fraud. We always prefer to resolve billing issues directly — please contact us before initiating any dispute. Accounts terminated due to fraudulent chargebacks are not eligible for future subscriptions.
VuelaCasa reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, without refund, for any of the following reasons:
Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for abuse that causes financial harm to VuelaCasa.
VuelaCasa provides flight price alerts for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed travel agent, travel advisor, or airline. We do not book flights, issue tickets, or guarantee any price or seat availability.
Flight prices are dynamic and subject to change at any time, including after an alert has been delivered. VuelaCasa is not responsible for:
We make no guarantee that any price featured in a deal alert will be available at the time you attempt to book. Always verify pricing directly with the airline or booking platform before purchasing.
All content on vuelacasa.com and delivered through our service — including deal alerts, price data, email content, design, code, and branding — is the exclusive property of VuelaCasa and is protected by United States copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any deal alert data, pricing information, or content received through VuelaCasa without prior written consent. Unauthorized commercial use will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VuelaCasa, its owner, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed travel opportunities, booking costs, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our service exceed the total amount paid by you to VuelaCasa in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
VuelaCasa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
VuelaCasa shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party API outages (SerpApi, Brevo, Stripe, Google), internet or infrastructure disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or cyberattacks. In such cases, service interruptions do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of VuelaCasa shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hola@vuelacasa.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in New York County, New York. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding against VuelaCasa. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Your use of VuelaCasa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
VuelaCasa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. The updated Terms will be posted at vuelacasa.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or eliminated if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VuelaCasa regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
