New subscribers get 7 days to request a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, all payments are final. VuelaCasa is a digital subscription service; once you have access to deal alerts, the service has been delivered. To request a refund, email hola@vuelacasa.com within 7 days of your first payment. We'll process it within 3–5 business days.

1. Our Commitment

VuelaCasa monitors flight prices from NYC to Latin America every single day and delivers deal alerts to subscribers when prices drop below historical averages. We stand behind our service. If you sign up and feel it wasn't what you expected, we want to make it right — within the terms below.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with VuelaCasa for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. No explanation required.

3. Renewals Are Non-Refundable

After the initial 7-day window, all subscription renewals are final and non-refundable. Monthly billing continues automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time — your access remains active through the end of your current billing period.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, log into your account at vuelacasa.com and manage your billing through the customer portal, or email hola@vuelacasa.com and we will cancel it for you immediately. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not generate a refund for any payments already processed.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us will result in immediate account termination. We ask that you email hola@vuelacasa.com first — we resolve refund issues promptly and directly. Abusive chargeback activity may be reported to Stripe and affect your ability to use payment services.

7. Flight Prices Are Not Guaranteed

VuelaCasa provides flight deal alerts based on price data from third-party sources. We do not sell flights, hold inventory, or guarantee any fare. Prices change — sometimes within minutes of an alert being sent. VuelaCasa is not responsible for price increases, sold-out fares, or any costs associated with booking after receiving an alert. Always verify pricing on Google Flights or the airline's website before purchasing.
